Welcome to our website. We provide services to you that are subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement and privacy policy. We reserve the right to change this website and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

These general terms of sale and delivery are governed by the laws of Sweden and the parties hereby belong to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

Accessing, browsing or otherwise using this site indicates your agreement to all terms and conditions in this agreement, so please read this agreement carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this user agreement and privacy policy, you may not access, visit and/or use the website.


The customers are required to register their company in order to purchase and gain access to the information on the website. From there we will process and proceed to give you an account when you meet our requirements to buy from the website.

All approved users are implied with the activation of an account, is an acceptance of responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their account ID and password. The users are also responsible for the activities which occur on our website under your account.

Account Termination

Repair Parts Sweden AB reserves the right to remove a customer’s account at any time with or without notice.  Providing false or invalid account information will result in immediate termination of your account!

Exclusion of liability.

The content, programs, information and / or advice expressed on this site should be understood as merely indicative. Repair Parts is not responsible in any way for their effectiveness or accuracy, being exempt from any contractual or non-contractual liability with the users who make use of them, since it is they who must decide in their opinion the opportunity of the same .

Repair Parts reserves the right to modify the content of the tite without prior notice and without any limitation. Likewise, it declines any responsibility for any damages that may be caused by the lack of availability and / or continuity of this site and the services offered on it.

Repair Parts does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements on the web that may cause alterations to your computer system. Repair Parts declines any contractual or non-contractual responsibility with the users who make use of it and have damages of any nature caused by computer viruses or by computer elements of any kind.

Conditions of use of the portal for users

It is expressly forbidden to use the site for harmful purposes of goods or interests of Repair Parts or that in any other way overload, damage or disable networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of Repair Parts.

We use Svea Checkout service which is provided by Svea Ekonomi AB (“Svea”) to simplify for you as a customer to purchase online, with the possibility to choose card payment and invoice purchase (14 days) where a credit check conducted by Svea will performed. By using checkout, you agree to Svea’s terms and agreement.

You can pay with Mastercard and Visa. The money is reserved in your account at the time of purchase. Card payment via Repair Parts website is completely secure. All card information is sent via a secure encrypted connection (SSL) directly to SveaWebPay’s hosted PCI-DD certified card payment service. The information does not pass through us and is not saved with us. We use the latest security technology for credit card payments online; 3D-Secure that securely validates you as a cardholder when you buy online.

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Ekonomi AB. To purchase an invoice, you must enter your organization number. You may not have any payment notes. All invoices are transferred to Svea Ekonomi AB by Repair Parts Sweden AB. The payment terms of the invoice are 14 days from the time we send your order. Once we have sent your order, you will receive the invoice within 2 days via email to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. The email with the invoice can be sorted as spam by some email programs, so check the spam folder if you have not received any invoice! You can also collect your invoice from Svea Ekonomi  -My Pages with the e-mail address you used when placing your order. Remember to pay on time, so you don’t have to pay reminder fees (SEK 60) and the interest rate, which is paid at 2% per month. In case of non-payment, the invoice is handed over to debt collection. If you have questions about your invoice, for example about reminder, it is Svea Ekonomi that you turn to.

Svea processes personal information about your company, including contact information as well as financial situation and payment history. The information is mainly collected from you. The personal data is processed to fulfill an agreement where you and Svea are parties.

Svea intends to process your personal data for the purpose of administering and executing the contractual relationship, fulfilling the prescribed obligation to provide information to authorities or any obligations that may result from laws and regulations. The data may also be used for market and customer analysis, risk management and product development. Svea may transfer to, or share your information with, selected third parties. Svea takes all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferring to or sharing with such selected third parties. Examples of such third parties may be other companies within the Svea Group, credit information companies and authorities. You have the right to receive information about the personal data about you processed by Svea. You have the right to request rectification, deletion, limited processing or other objections to the processing of personal data. Such a request must be considered and Svea may be of the opinion that the processing of personal data should proceed without correction, deletion or restriction.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver orders on weekdays from 9am to 4pm. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery days shown refer to working days, ie not Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

For shipping within Sweden we use unit prices for shipping, which means that you only pay 79 SEK excluding VAT, regardless of the purchase volume, and we supply all products with DHL. Free shipping is offered for orders over 8,000 SEK or more (excluding VAT and shipping costs).

To provide our customers with the best possible service, we use DHL Service Points, which means that you can easily pick up your package at one of DHL’s many delivery points. You can find drop-off points all over the country at places you visit every day: the shop around the corner, the gas station, the kiosk or even the local bookstore. All transport is climate smart. This means that DHL compensates for the carbon dioxide emitted, so that the effect on the environment is equal to zero.

We notify our packages via e-mail and sms directly to your mobile phone. Reminder is sent via sms and letters.

Extradition is made upon presentation of identification and consignment number.

When the goods are handed over to the buyer he must make a check against the delivery note and check the goods for visible errors. Before mounting the goods, the reception check must be completed with care adapted to the nature of the goods. 

Shipments are delivered to your nearest DHL service point, which is calculated from your postal code, if you want to change to a delivery point near eg your workplace write it in the message box when ordering at the checkout.

If you do not pick up your shipment, DHL will return the shipment to us. You will then be charged for shipments that are not collected corresponding to the actual costs of return shipping, freight charge and handling. An administration fee of 160 sek excluding VAT. The fee is invoiced with 30 days due date. Expedition fee of 29 sek excluding VAT will be added.

NOTE! If we have already sent the package, then we are unfortunately not able to change the delivery point free of charge.

Return of goods

For companies, including individual traders, the sales law (Swedish “Köplagen) applies, which is dispositive, which means that agreements between companies apply primarily before the law. Companies can cancel their order at no cost to you until the order has been executed, ie. the order is packed and shipping has been created in our warehouse system) After this time you, as ordered to your company, are obliged to receive the delivery.

There is no open purchase when buying from our website. Open purchase is not something that is regulated by law, as well as that there is usually no statutory right of withdrawal for companies.

Manufacturers of smartphones and tablets continuously release new software updates and changes to the software, which can lead to a product delivered by us, such as a non-original display, no longer working. We guarantee that our products, on the day of delivery, will work with the manufacturer’s product. But we cannot take any responsibility for the product if it no longer works after a software update. This scenario is therefore not a valid cause of warranty claim or return.

Returned items that are not defective after testing will be returned at the customer’s expense. 

The right of return does not apply to the purchase of on order products which we do not have in our warehouse.

When using the return procedure, you must pay for the return shipping, but not if the product was broken when delivered. You are also responsible for the risk of damage or loss during the return transport. If a return does not return to us, we will not be accountable for the lost product/s.

If you have paid for your purchase before it is returned, we will replace you with the day price of the product. If the entire delivery is returned and no compensation is made, we will not compensate you for the original shipping cost.

All our spare parts are covered by a 12 months warranty (except batteries), which means that within 12 months from the date of delivery, we will replace an incorrect product with a new product. Our batteries are covered with 6 months warranty, due to limited expiry date, or which are classified as expandable goods. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper handling of the product.

In order for us to quickly process your return/s, please take the following conditions into account:

-The product must be in the original packaging.

-The product must not be damaged.

-Do not apply stickers or text to the product.

-Indicate the reason for returning each individual product.

-Indicate the nature of the defect for each individual product, this should be done on the returns form.

-The returns form must be sent with the products.

-Returns are processed within 2 weeks after arrival and received by us.

-Fragile products such as LCD/Touch/Glass/Parts must be packaged well, or your returned product will not be processed.

-A valid documentation of the purchase need to be available.

-Provide the SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for the return article, which is a product code to search, track and identify stock from lists, invoices or order forms.

When returning or complaint on product, you are responsible for the transport risk. You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the shipment is not damaged before you receive and confirm the delivery. Always save the delivery note until the return is completed. If the goods are after  damaged, incorrect or incorrectly dispatched, we are responsible for the return shipping.

Returns sent to an incorrect address and resulting in us not being able to receive the shipment will not be considered valid claims and will therefore not be approved.

Returns sent to us as cash on delivery option, will not be collected by us!

An approved return will grant you a credit note. If, for any reason, you want the money paid instead of a credit note, we will do so within 30 days after we have received your bank account information. Credit entries that are not used within 12 months of the date of issue will be canceled without prior notice, compensation or payment.

Publishing error

We reserve the right to subsequently correct prices, texts and images that are displayed or written incorrectly on the website. We reserve the right for price adjustments (eg changed prices from our suppliers and currency changes), stock changes and any. technical errors on the website, browser or in hardware such as networks and servers.

We also reserve ourselves for any color differences that may exist between product image and reality.


A cookie is a text file that is sent from a web page, for instance to your computer where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store login information and your shopping cart when you browse around with us etc. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.

Force majeure

Circumstances that prevent or render significantly to perform our service obligations, including but not limited to lightning, fire, earthquakes, flooding, war or mobilisation or large-scale military conscription, riot or revolt, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, decisions of governmental authorities, restrictions on fuel, general shortages of transport, goods, or power or strikes, blockades, lockouts or other labour conflicts, as well as defects or delays in delivery by subcontractors due to the aforementioned circumstances, shall constitute force majeure and entitled to a reasonable extension of time and release from liquidated damages. We are not to be liable and shall not be obliged to compensate the customer for direct or indirect damage in case of force majeure.
